Casa Paloma II is an age-restricted (55+) community of almost four hundred single-family townhomes located on La Canada Drive, just north of Esperanza Boulevard in Green Valley, AZ.
Our community is within easy walking distance to the Green Valley Mall. CPII HOA has a Green Valley Recreation Satellite Center with a swimming pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard courts, located at 330 North Calle de las Banderolas. The Recreation Center is available for Homeowner Association meetings and social activities.

Green Valley, Arizona
Green Valley is an unincorporated, census designed population (CDP) located 25 miles south of Tucson, Arizona and 40 miles north of Nogales, Arizona. The 2020 Census Data shows a population in Green Valley of 20,902. The population varies with the arrival of The Snowbirds in the winter.
Many of the residents are dispersed along a 10-mile-long ribbon, running parallel to I-19 and the Santa Cruz River Valley. There are approximately 100 Homeowner Associations within the Green Valley area.
Green Valley has numerous shops and chain stores including Walmart, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Bealls, TJ Maxx, Ross, PetSmart, Petco, Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, Safeway, Sprouts and many small locally run shops. There are also restaurants to satisfy almost every palate. 
There are two hospitals in the area. Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital, and a new Northwestern Medical Center at Sahuarita. 
All major streets in Green Valley have bicycle/golf-cart lanes.  Activities include golf, biking, hiking, bird watching, swimming, sightseeing, and cultural events. Day trips abound with an opportunity for adventure and exposure to spectacular scenery. Nearby Madera Canyon is one of Arizona's premier hiking and bird watching areas.
Green Valley is flanked by the beautiful Santa Rita Mountains on the East and the reclaimed talus slopes of the Copper Mines on the West.


Climate
Green Valley has a borderline semi-arid/hot desert climate with three seasons: warm mild months with chilly nights from October through March; a hot, extremely dry summer season from April through June; and a hot, humid, monsoon season from July through September.
